Questions that come before the quotation.
Most delays in a parts order come from four missing facts: the machine model, the interface, the quantity and the drawing. These answers state what we can confirm at each stage, and what we need from you to confirm it.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the item. Where a record lists an MOQ it is shown on the product page; where it does not, the quotation states it. Single pieces are possible for standard items.
What lead time should I plan for?
The quotation carries the lead time for that item. Stock and made-to-order parts differ, and the difference is stated per line rather than averaged across the order.
What payment terms apply?
Agreed on the quotation. Terms differ between a first order and a repeat order, and they are written on the document rather than assumed in advance.
Can you make a part from my drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing with tolerance, material and surface finish. If something is missing, we ask before quoting instead of assuming a value that later turns out to be wrong.
How do I identify the right part?
Machine model, interface (taper, chuck size, mounting), and a photo or drawing of the part being replaced. Two of the three usually narrow it to a family; all three confirm it.
What if the part does not fit?
Send the measurement and the machine model before returning anything. Most fitment problems are an interface mismatch that a photograph of the mounting resolves.
Is there a warranty?
Stated on the quotation, and it differs between wear parts and tooling. A single blanket period would not be true for every item, so we do not publish one.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Express and air freight for small orders, sea freight for pallets. The quotation names the route that was priced, because the cost difference between them is large.
Do you provide HS codes and export documents?
Yes. The HS code and country of origin are on the invoice and packing list for every shipment.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
For standard items, yes, with freight paid by the buyer. For made-to-order parts the first article serves as the sample.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
A trading company: Hengshui Sanrenxing Trading Co., Ltd. Parts come from partner factories. That is why the answer to "can you document the material" depends on the specific item.
Where can I read the technical detail?
Each product page carries its own specification table. The guides cover the checks that come before ordering, from runout to guideway condition.
