What we can document, and what we do not.
A buyer asking for "certificates" usually needs three different things: proof of material, proof of dimension, and proof of origin. This page states which of the three we can supply, in what form, and where the limit is.
Documents that travel with the order
Every shipment carries a commercial invoice and a packing list, with the HS code stated and the country of origin declared. These are issued by us and do not depend on the factory that made the part.
Material and dimensional records
Where the supplying factory issues a mill certificate for the heat, we forward it unaltered. Where it does not, we say so. A dimensional inspection report can be produced against the drawing with the instruments named, and photographs of the actual part can be sent before it ships.
No certificates we do not hold
TEBAK CNC is the brand of Hengshui Sanrenxing Trading Co., Ltd., a trading company. We do not hold an ISO 9001 certificate in our own name, and we do not print third-party marks on parts. Items come from partner factories; a certificate for a batch is that factory’s document, and we forward it rather than restate it.
Request documents with the part number
Send the part numbers and say what the document is for: customs clearance, incoming inspection, or a customer audit. The purpose decides which document is actually useful, and asking for all of them wastes a week.
